"I noticed a rate increase. I called to leave a message and was promptly called back by Cliff. He promised to look into the matter and call me by end of the week. Robin followed up merely an hour later and detailed the rate increase. We chatted about a few ways to save. Appreciate their customer service! I’ve been covered by State Farm since I first got my license at 16, which was 22 years ago!"
